I’ve always believed there are certain places that invite people to slow down.

A quiet reading corner.
A porch at sunset.
A classroom filled with learning and imagination.
A window seat with a cozy blanket as you read and settle into a moment of peace.

For me, words have always been connected to light.

They comfort.
They teach.
They reveal.
They heal.
They inspire.

The Lighted Page was created as a gathering place for all the things that have shaped my life and heart over the years: faith, stories, writing, creating, learning, imagination, and teaching, and the beauty found in discovering pieces of ourselves through words that stay with us long after the page is turned.

Some days you may find inspiration rooted in faith.
Other days may lead to conversations about favorite books, little-known gems within our communities, creativity, learning, or life itself.

This space doesn’t belong to just one version of who I am.
It holds all the pieces together.

The teacher.
The writer.
The believer.
The dreamer.
The author.
The woman still becoming, still learning how light continues to reach us even through difficult seasons.

So this little corner of the internet was built intentionally:
